What you share

Our commercial inquiry form asks for your name, work email, phone number, organization, city or ZIP code, role, space type, timing, space readiness, investment planning, and intended use. If you book an appointment, you provide booking details through Google Calendar. You may also contact us by email.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, discuss whether a chamber may suit your space, arrange a call or demonstration, and prepare a proposal if you request one. Please do not submit medical information, tax documents, or other sensitive personal details through the form.

Form hosting and Calendar

When you submit the public site’s inquiry form, Netlify processes and stores your submission for us. Appointment booking opens Google Calendar, which processes the details you provide there. See Netlify’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.

Fonts and site delivery

The site requests its display fonts from Google Fonts when a page loads. Your browser connects directly to Google for those font files. See Google’s privacy policy for its practices.

Optional advertising measurement

If Meta measurement is enabled on the public website, it loads only after you choose to allow marketing tracking. It may record page visits and clicks on appointment links so we can measure ads and show follow-up ads. An appointment-link click does not mean a booking was completed. We do not send your form answers, email address, phone number, or medical information to Meta through this site.

You can decline or change your marketing choice at any time using “Marketing preferences” in the site footer. Meta’s own data practices are described in its privacy policy. A change to your choice applies to future tracking; it does not erase data Meta previously received.
